The event is open to all Hudson County residents.
The discussion, "Hate Crimes and Bias Incidents," will be presented by Assistant Prosecutor Angela Gingerelli, who will explain the legalities involving hate crimes and bias incidents, how to know whether you're a victim and what to do if you or someone you know becomes one.
The meeting will be held in the library's second floor meeting room.
